Some random browsing on the web led me to a game-creation site, where I played some of the most terrible user-generated games known to mankind.
When I died for the millionth time I clicked ‘retry’ on the bottom of the screen (instead of the yellow ‘try again’ button in the middle).
This popped up the text “Do you really want to retry this level?” I think the program should have seen that I was already dead (AGAIN!) and restarted without asking, but the game was so terrible it was actually a great question and I gladly answered NO. Putting NO on the left instead of YES was also a great way to prevent me from ever restarting. Maybe the designers put some thought into it after all.
