Terms and conditions

Last updated on 2026-10-15

These terms apply to ludomo.com, the games you play on it and the Ludomo Membership. They're written to be read, so please do.

Who we are

Ludomo.com is run by Ludomo Gamestudio, the trade name of Kjell Ragnar 't Hoen, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. When you use the site or become a member, your agreement is with us.

  • Address: Amethist 7, 3643 AR Mijdrecht, the Netherlands
  • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 30256081
  • VAT number: NL001964261B71
  • Email: [email protected]

Accepting these terms

By using ludomo.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. When you become a member, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Playing for free

You can play the first part of our games for free, and some games completely, without an account. Free play may include a short ad between levels or rounds, and your progress lasts until you close the browser tab.

We may add, change or remove games, and change which part of a game is free.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You must be 16 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. An account is for one person; please keep your Google account secure, because anyone who can use it can use your Ludomo account.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

The Ludomo Membership

The membership gives you, for as long as it runs:

  • every level of every game on the site, including games we add later
  • no ads
  • your progress saved with your account, on all your devices
  • full screen on a computer (on phones and tablets, full screen is free for everyone)

The price is shown on the membership page and includes VAT where it applies. You pay monthly in advance, and the membership renews automatically every month until you cancel.

If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel before then if you want to.

Payment through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, sales tax and billing questions, and processes refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: on the membership page (Manage membership), with the link in your receipt email, or at paddle.net. You keep the membership until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Changed your mind? You can get your money back within 14 days of any payment; see our refund policy. This comes on top of any rights you have under consumer law.

Fair play

Please don't:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, for fraud or for spam
  • cheat by changing the games or your saved progress, or get around the membership, the paywall or the ads
  • copy, download, scrape or republish our games, art, music or text, or put them on another site
  • interfere with the security of the site or the games, for example by spreading malware, probing for weaknesses, or overloading the site
  • share your account with others or resell access to it

Our games and content

The games, art, music, text and logos on ludomo.com belong to Ludomo Gamestudio or the people who license them to us. You may play the games on this site for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. That doesn't give you any other rights to them.

Availability

We work hard to keep the site and the games running well, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may update the site and the games, or take them offline briefly for maintenance.

We take good care of your saved progress, but occasionally a game update may change or reset it. If we ever stop offering the membership, we'll tell you in advance and refund the part of your current month you couldn't use.

Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account in case of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraud or a security risk. Where we can, we'll warn you first. If we close your account without it being your fault, we refund the part of your current month you couldn't use.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, and it doesn't affect your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If a change matters for members, we'll email you before it applies, and you can cancel if you don't agree.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a dispute before the courts where you live or in the Netherlands.

Have a problem? Email [email protected] first; we'll do our best to solve it with you.
